The port sits on the main board of the module and is the only path for firmware updates, tuning changes, and log pulls — so when it loosens, breaks, or pulls off, the entire module becomes useless until repaired.

Can I send just the broken tuner module without the OBD box?
Yes. Please send only the RaceMe Ultra tuner module — not the OBD-II box, not the cables, not the vehicle harness. Ship just the module in anti-static bag or bubble wrap.
My port is only loose, not fully broken — should I still send it?
If the connector wobbles, only charges at certain angles, or disconnects during driving, the port is one vibration away from full failure. Repairing it now is cheaper than a fully snapped connector and prevents damage to the USB traces under the port.
Do I lose my tunes when you replace the port?
No. Tunes are stored in non-volatile memory that is not affected by the USB port replacement. Your existing settings will be there when the unit returns.
What if the port is fine but the case is cracked?
This service covers the USB port only. Case repair is not part of this listing. If the case is cracked as well, contact us first and we can quote both repairs as a bundle.
How long is the warranty?
90 days from the date of return shipment, covering any port-related failure under normal use. Physical damage (drops, water, etc.) is not covered.
