We do not accept any roach infested devices, which includes and not limited to, Laptops, Desktops, Gaming Consoles, Cell Phones, and any other advertised devices here that we repair at ShipToFix!
We have a 0 tolerance repair service for roaches and bugs. So if you think you have any of these bug issues. please refrain from using our services! It is not sanitary, definitely disgusting and no technicians here want to touch any of these devices.
If you happen to send in a device that is roach or bug infested we will destroy it upon arrival. This Page is part of our terms and conditions. So please refrain from even trying to send it in to us.
