The Xbox One S HDMI port is surface-mount soldered to the motherboard. When it breaks — most commonly from a tripped-over cable, a stuck connector, or pressure on the back of the console — the only fix is a full port desolder and replacement. We have done thousands of these.

How do I know if I have Model 1681?
The model number is on a sticker on the back of the console near the Ethernet port, or you can find it under Settings → System → Console info. Model 1681 is the most common Xbox One S variant.
My system is also very dusty / noisy — should I add a cleaning?

Do you also fix the Xbox One X?
