Very simply the HDMI ports do go bad and break. If it is physically broken we will replace it! Just take out the motherboard and send only the motherboard to us and we will do the hard work.
This is for 1 HDMI port replaced on the motherboard, if you would like more than 1 HDMI port replaced just increase the quantity.
